Covid Guidelines:
As of April 2023, Santa Clara County no longer mandates masks to be worn in Medical Facilities. As such, we are no longer requiring masks for entering the hospital or for appointments.
We have masks available for clients who wish to wear one.
We are still offering Curbside service for clients who are not comfortable coming into the hospital. Please tell Reception when making your appointment that you prefer to stay in your car. After arrival, call us from your car (408-779-4010) and a team member will come out to get your pet and take him/her into the hospital. The Doctor or Technician will communicate with you either by cell phone or coming out to your car.
If you are not feeling well, whether you test positive for Covid or not, please advise us in advance . You can schedule your pet for a Curbside Appointment, Drop off Appointment or you can reschedule for a different day.
